Logan’s Sports Collectibles – Easton Pa
This is a beautiful store for sports memorabilia, and a vast selection of modern sports cards which are in high demand!
The selection of cards ranged from hanger boxes priced at $30 each, to blasters at $40 each, to the high end products and hobby boxes. A bit higher on the hangers and blasters than I prefer, but I could not find them in the local retail outlets nearby. They knew what they had, and if you wanted the product without shipping, you could get it at the shop.
When I visited I was purely looking for junk wax, however I was let down as they only had 1 complete set in a display case, and the exact complete set escapes my memory at the moment.
They had other sports as well, football, basketball and hockey were all represented well with modern singles available for all sports. An impressive display case showed off vintage baseball and higher end cards from all sports. I did see a 1992 Topps Derek Jeter card going for $75 under the glass.

I ended up picking up two mystery packs for $5 each. The sign said chances of Auto/Relic/Serial #’d. I couldn’t find anything else to buy, and I didn’t want to leave empty handed, so I picked up these and a Beckett.
After I checked out I saw these clear cases of junk wax era cards for $1 each and I was kicking myself as those I would have loved to get, but it gives me a reason to come back.

What I found was each pack had an autograph, a relic, and a serial number! That was unexpected! The serial number card I remember was the Craig Kimbrel. A mix of junk wax cards and some early 80s cards were a nice surprise in the mix. Really like the 89 Fleer Maddux, Tony Gwynn Diamond King was excellent, and that Rowland Office card was one of a kind. Not sure if it was worth $5 each for the cards, but it was fun opening these cards.
Unfortunately we did not add a single card to the Phillies Collection, and it seems Logan’s Sports Collectibles is a place I don’t see myself visiting all too often.
The selection is focused on modern cards, and the prices are above retail. The thing is if retail is sold out, and you really need that hanger box, you know they will have it. Great shop, but not an ideal place for a bargain basement junk wax guy like myself.
